Referral Programme Terms and Conditions
1. Programme Overview
Innobella Media’s Referral Programme offers a discount incentive for existing customers who successfully refer new customers (the “Referrer” and “Referred” respectively). Upon a successful referral, both the Referrer and the Referred will each receive a 10% discount on applicable project charges, as outlined below.
2. Definitions
- Project Charge: A fee or series of fees associated with a specific project, event, or work undertaken by Innobella Media. For projects billed in multiple stages (e.g., deposit and final payment), the discount will apply to the final balance invoice only.
- Discount: A 10% reduction applied to the applicable invoice total, covering services only and excluding physical goods, fees, subscriptions, or third-party costs.
3. Eligibility Requirements
- Referrer Eligibility: The Referrer must be an existing Innobella Media customer with an active account in good standing.
- Referred Eligibility: The Referred must be a new customer to Innobella Media, not previously engaged in any project with Innobella Media.
- Referral Process: The Referred must state they were referred by the Referrer and provide the Referrer’s name prior to the issuance of the first invoice. Failure to do so will render the referral ineligible for the programme, and discounts cannot be retroactively applied or refunded.
4. Discount Application
- Referred Discount: The Referred customer will receive a one-time 10% discount on the project charge for their first project with Innobella Media.
- Referrer Discount: The Referrer will receive a one-time 10% discount on their next project charge with Innobella Media, provided that the project is initiated within three (3) months of the successful referral.
- Limitations: Only one discount per invoice/project may be applied. Multiple referrals cannot be combined on a single project. Each discount applies solely to services rendered and excludes physical goods, fees, subscriptions, or third-party expenses.
5. Conditions on Referrals
- Referral Format: Referrals must be conducted through word-of-mouth only. Public posts on social media, paid advertisements, or other online postings are ineligible.
- Discount Validity: Discounts are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be applied to eligible invoices within the specified timeframe. Any unused discount will be forfeited if the terms are not met.
- Limit Per Referral: One discount may be claimed per referral. However, Referrers may refer multiple new customers and claim one discount per eligible referral.
6. General Provisions
- Reservation of Rights: Innobella Media reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Referral Programme or any of its terms at any time without prior notice. In such cases, any ongoing referrals at the time of amendment will be honoured per the original terms.
- Misuse of Programme: Innobella Media may disqualify participants from the programme if it has reason to believe there has been any abuse, misuse, or manipulation of the referral scheme or these terms and conditions.
7. Other Terms and Conditions
All other standard terms and conditions governing Innobella Media services remain in effect and are not altered by participation in this Referral Programme.
