Last week, Innobella Media had the pleasure of supplying full video production for the Winter Conferences hosted by The Exams Office in both Manchester and Coventry, with a full multicamera production setup in each room to capture all the keynote presentations and seminars/workshops as well as producing short tradeshow-style videos with the on-site exhibitors.
Full video recordings of each session allow us to create a virtual on-demand conference, with the content remaining available for members of the client organisation to return to throughout the year. This is great not only for if delegates were unable to get to all the sessions they wanted to on the day, but also for those who wish to re-watch a session or those who were unable to attend in-person on the day.
The Innobella Media team supplied 5 video camera systems, a teleprompter/autocue system, lighting and two vision mixer consoles for live mixing of the recorded camera feeds meaning a very fast turnaround of the delivered content after the post-production stage.
