We’re delighted to announce our collaboration with Liverpool John Moores University’s Institute for Health Research in producing a brand-new podcast series, “Mindful Merseyside“, launching soon on all major podcasting platforms including Spotify, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, and Apple Podcasts. This pioneering new series delves into the critical issues surrounding physical and mental health within the Merseyside region, offering insightful discussions and proposing solutions for complex healthcare needs.

“Mindful Merseyside” goes beyond simply reporting on health topics; it fosters a space for open dialogue and understanding. Each episode, guided by experienced presenter Gemma Cutting, tackles crucial areas impacting the lives of Merseyside residents, including among other topics:
